it takes bodybuilders and fitness competitors 12-14 weeks to achieve low levels of body fat and they are used to eating rabbit food day in and day out. this is near impossible to do for the average person who has trouble eating one healthy meal a day that does not contain processed foods.

getting ripped is all about the diet and eating sufficient amounts of the right foods. starving the body is the exact opposite of what is need for the body to both release fat stores and preserve lean body mass.
