No, because it came into fruition . The Lamb of God has come (The Messiah). The old testament is the shadow of things to come. Once a prophecy has been fulfilled The meaning is lost.

We await Succoth , The harvest , that is yet to come, separating the wheat from the shaft.
We await the reapers.

Hopefully, the ritual of Yom Kippur is one that we go through prior to each opportunity to take Communion.
Otherwise, no. We are not under the Law. The Holy Days of the Old Testament were designed for the Jews.

There's nothing saying you can't observe Yom Kippur if you're in the proper spirit of reflection and it's meaningful for you.

however, if you take a supercessionist view of christianity, it may be considered disrespectful since it's the holiest day of the Jewish year.

Yom Kippur is a Day of Atonement for Jews. Why would a Christian wish to observe a Jewish holiday?

Now of course, Christians also need to atone for their sins, but this shuld be a daily occurrence.

As wd20X2 said, it is a day we do not need to celebrate.
Can Christians celebrate Yom Kippur? Yes, they can.

Should Jews celebrate Christmas? No, because they do not believe in Jesus. Can they? Yes, if they want to.

We do not need to celebrate something in which we do not believe.

However, we can celebrate anything we want to.

Sure, why not ? To celebrate another culture's tradition only means that you accept them for who they are and what they believe. Christians still celebrate Holloween, don't they ? And what about the Easter bunny ?

Even native american indians celebrate Thanksgiving.. go figure.. LOL...

There should be no restrictions in wanting to be happy in celebration, right ? If you have a jewish friend, would you not celebrate in his own beliefs because it makes him happy ?

Why not? Jesus is/was Jewish. Yom Kippur is the day of atonement. Confession of your sins. Here is a Yom Kippur prayer.

Yom Kippur Confession (The Al-Chet)

For the mistakes we committed before You under duress and willingly.
For the mistakes we committed before You through having a hard heart.
For the mistakes we committed before you through things we blurted out with our lips.
For the mistake we committed before You through harsh speech.
For the mistakes we committed before You through wronging a friend.
For the mistakes we committed before You by degrading parents and teachers.
For the mistakes we committed before You by exercising power.
For the Mistakes we committed before You against those who know, and those who do not know.
For the mistakes we have committed before You through bribery.
For the mistake we have committed before You through denial and false promises.
For the mistake we have committed before You through negative speech.
For the mistakes we have committed before You with food and drink.
For the mistakes we committed before You by being arrogant.
For the mistakes we committed before You with a strong forehead (brazenness).
For the mistakes we committed before You in throwing off the yoke (i.e. refusing to accept responsibility).
For the mistakes we committed before You through jealousy (lit: 'a begrudging eye').
For the mistakes we committed before You through baseless hatred.
For the mistakes we committed before You in extending the hand.
For the mistakes we committed before You through confusion of the heart.

The day of atonement? I don't really think so, since they believe that Jesus atoned their sins by dying on the cross. I could be wrong though.

Not if they believe that Jesus was the messiah which the majority of the Jewish people don't.
