well i went to kroger to get some items and i thought what the heck i will get my blood pressure taken, so i walk up to the machine and i have long arms, i put my arm in and the squeezing wouldnt stop, my arms are not big, but it wouldnt stop squeezing, then i felt lightheaded and quickly shut it off, then later that night i had heart pains like someone was poking at it woth their finger, i think its my anxiety acting up because i had to take zoloft, but whats the matter with me?

You are suffering from a panic or anxiety attack. If you have been prescribed Zoloft, this is a typical attack that warrants that type of medication.
You may need to revisit your prescribing physician in order to discuss this current problem.

you said it yourself, it is your anxiety acting up, pretty classic symptoms of a panic attack.
