Tthere are illegal immagrants at my work. My employer hires illegals ,i know that this one person is working and getting paid from his girlfriends cleaning buisness. My employer cant put him on payroll with no ss# so he claims him as his housekeeper for his house,but he inst the housekeeper. Another guy works there with no ss#. Is this legit? I dont think its fair if he is illegal,why shuold he be allowed to drive and work in our country?? Should i turn him in? Who do i report this to? help

Call ICE(Immigration and cutoms enforcement). This is what they deal with. The illegals will(or should) be deported and your employer will(or should) face a pretty hefty fine. That is, if anybody bothers to investigate.

Go to you local health dept. and tell them you need TB screening. Because you work with Illegal Immigrants and some of them cough and seem to be sick a lot. Since your Medical record is private. They won't tell your boss how they found out. Might not work, but with everything going on these days. IT might.

Butt out of it.
It would really suck for you if you go and cause a lot of problems for your boss and he found out about it. Or worse yet, he got hit with a big fine for hiring an illegal immigrant and then had to let someone go because he could no longer afford to pay your salary and the big fine.
