A lot of balance has to do with the strength of the smaller muscles around your ankle.

This is the exercise I do and give my students. You don't need any special equipment.

While watching your favorite TV show, stand during the first commercial on your left foot with your right knee up as high as you can get it (ideally to your chest). Keep your hands in an 'en garde' position. When the next commercial comes on, switch to stand on your right foot with your left knee up. Keep switching at each commercial until your show comes back on. Do this every time you watch TV for 2 weeks and your balance will improve.

1st you should make sure you are doing the best thing with your technique, depending what kick you are doing, balance is not that much of a factor if your technique is right, which kick are you having trouble with, just normal kicking or spining kick or both?

the best exercise is to keep practiceing the kicks, its probably not your overall balance that is the problem but you technique and the more you practice the more you will "balance", but you could also just stand on one leg and kick but dont bring your leg down, or kick very very slowly

If you practice standing on one leg you should find your centre of gravity eventually and the kicking will be easyer, but first make sure your technique is right, its just that alot of the time the reason why people have trouble balanceing is because they swing their arms or their weight the wrong way and their techniques is off so they just fall down

Lots of practice is the key the more you strengthen your legs your balance improves and it takes time so just keep going and it will all happen for you.

jump rope, diet and even ballet lessons lol or better yet yoga will all improve your balance. It mostly has to do with your diet cause if youre over weight and cant hold it you will easily lose balance

stand on one leg and kick the air without falling. Next stand on the ball of one foot and kick the air. Next stand on a medicine ball and do squats. Then put the medicine ball on a trampoline and do squats on it with 90lbs on an olympic-size bar. Next do it with one foot.
