Hi, there. I spent ten years having very similar symptoms to yours, and every test they did came back perfectly normal. I understand your frustration!!! Following are some suggestions to help you narrow down what's causing your symptoms:

- Don't quit. Keep "harassing" your doctor until s/he orders more tests!! If possible, find an Integrative MD or Naturopath in your area and ask them to do a complete work-up.

- Ask your doctor to order a food allergy test, which is typically a simple blood test. Many people don't realize that food allergies can cause headaches, nasal congestion and coughing resembling a nasal allergy; dizziness/ataxia, "brain fog", blurry vision, and other non-specific symptoms with or without gastrointestinal problems. I admit that food allergies are very controversial and that most mainstream docs don't think they can cause the symptoms I listed above. After my food allergy testing, I eliminated the foods I was allergic to and I felt FANTASTIC and full of energy less than a month later.

- Try drinking a glass of water with 2 tblsp. concentrated aloe vera juice (or 4 oz. regular strength) 3-5 times per day. Drinking this with a meal is especially helpful. The aloe will heal and soothe your gut, which will hopefully eliminate your discomfort. Aloe is also very cleansing, so it's possible it will reduce or eliminate your headaches and dizziness. If you don't like the taste of the aloe, you can add some lemon juice and a natural sweetener such as Stevia or honey.

- Start taking a daily multivitamin and a magnesium supplement. Your symptoms could be your body's signal to you that it's not getting the nutrients it needs to run well. A daily B-Complex, E Vitamin, C Vitamin, and Zinc will also provide essential nutrients that your body needs for healing and for strengthening the immune system. Most folks in the US are deficient in these vitamins and supplements, so taking them is a good idea for everyone.

- Other issues that often have your symptoms include GERD, Candida infections, nasal allergies, and a variety of other conditions. There are a multitude of sites that discuss GERD and nasal allergies. You might consider reading those and seeing if your symptoms match. A great site for Candida research is www.curezone.org in the "Candida" forum.

Anyway ... Don't let your doctor blow this off. Something is wrong and you deserve a doc that will keep searching to find something to eliminate your symptoms. I know how frustrating it can be. You are not alone. Hang in there. Keep asking your doctor to pursue other possibilities, and start researching to find possible causes of your symptoms. I wish you the very best of luck!

My advise to you is to seek the help of an alternative medicine doctor. He/she could help you ,I believe.
I use alternative methods all the time, so will tell you what I know, which isn't much, but very basic.
Headaches can be the result of being dehydrated.
Stomach pain can be caused by diet sodas.
All the symptoms can be caused by being constipated.
Also allergies and sinus trouble can cause all these symptoms.
Stress is a killer and can cause those symptoms and worse.
Try to get stress out of your life and see if that helps.
If you are not having 1 or more bowel movements every day, get some herbal laxative and use it.
If you are dehydrated, use Gatorade or a new product called Smart Water. It is water with the electrolytes in it. It has no taste. Drink a bottle of it and a bottle of tap water and keep rotating until you are better.
Allergies are harder to diagnose, so you will need help of an allergist. You can avoid the things that may set you off like tobacco smoke , but food allergies will take trial and error, or tests to determine.
I hope you are better soon and may God bless you!

Perhaps it is time for your doctor to give you an MRI to see is everything is okay with your head. This is standard procedure when some one has dizziness and nausea with a headache. It could be an inner ear problem. The MRI is a good test to start with. What you are causing your problems would not likely be evident in a routine blood test. If it is say, your thyroid that is causing the problems, the doctor would have to specifically ask for the thyroid panel.

Good luck

Hi. Cholesterol is a type of fat found in your body. Your total cholesterol includes LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol. LDL is called “bad” cholesterol because it can build up in the walls of your arteries and form plaque. Plaque build-up in the arteries can reduce blood flow and increase your risk of heart disease.. HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol is also known as good cholesterol because it is thought to help remove bad cholesterol from the body. There also are other risk factors that can put you at greater risk of heart disease. Your doctor or health care professional can give you a more detailed explanation. If diet and exercise are not enough to lower your cholesterol, ask your doctor if ZETIA is right for you.

stress wouldn't necessarily reflect in your CBC... but in some cases, stress can cause low hemoglobin count or anemia or low RBC...

there are so many causes of your symptoms... one that i can think of is period... may be your having these symptoms before or during your period? is that so?

what would help you manage stress is exercise... try to walk or jog early in the morning... this will improve your blood circulation throughout your body, especially through your brain... do some warm-ups, breathings... exercise also detoxifies your body... also eat plenty of veggies and fruits...
