has anyone ever heard of temporary tattoos that last 6 months to a year..someone was telling me about them but cant seem to find any infor on them

Yes shes right its a lie , I would just go get a real tattoo if I were you. They are much better anyways

There are people who sell such things, but it's a scam.

They claim that they use special ink, and put it in a superficial layer of the skin.

The first claim is true, but that doesn't mean the ink comes out. It just gets blotchy after a year or two, but it never goes away.

The second claim is totally false. The layers of the skin are sometimes a fraction of a millimeter thick. There is no one on earth who possesses the fine motor skills to do that.

So, in short, while such tattoos do exist, they don't work. What you wind up with is a blotchy, faded, but very permanent tattoo.

Why would you want it to last a year, but not forever. If you want temporary, get the lickem and stickem kind.
