You need to let the first chemical treatment grow out completely before doing another treatment that has such strong chemicals in it. Even if you overlap the chemicals a little, your hair will begin breaking off, leaving a real mess.
The chemicals in any hair product do not "wash out" as many people think they do. Even when you cannot see the effect they originally had, the chemicals are still inside the hair shaft.
Use professional products to bring your hair back to the best condition it can be. I recommend Nexus products, from long experience with them.
To learn more about Japanese Thermal Straightening, do a search for them here in Yahoo! Answers. I read an excellent answer from another hairdresser here a few months ago about it and you need to read it before you try using that method.

Actually, it is better that you stick to a relaxer but just the good grade relaxer like Affirm. Since, African American have delicate structure of hair the Japanese Thermal Straightening technique would make it thinner and more damaging, plus it is expensive.

I heard that if you continue to wash your hair with vinegar within the span of two weeks your hair should revert to its natural perm-free state. Then you can go get that Japanese Thermal Straightening thing.

If the perm is still fresh, wash it over and over again and it will loosen the curl. If not, have it relaxed but make sure to get it done professionally. Relaxers are dangerous and you have to get it off the hair in time or it can damage your hair.

if you just got it then take a shower, you arent supposed to shower for like 48 hours or something cuz you will wash out the perm. so if it has been 48 hours or less then wash it out! :)
