My guess is your not eating enough. If you eat too little your body thinks it need to store fat for later. For instance if you were consuming 1800 calories a day and dropped to 1100 your bodies in a shock mode. Try cutting it down to 1700. If your not very heavy then exercise will prob help you more.

If you're feeling sick, maybe you have a food allergy you don't know about.
What kind of exercise are you doing? Sometimes exercise causes you to lose fat and gain muscle, muscle weighs more than fat so you gain a little weight at first.
I'm not really so sure you need to diet to the extent that you are. You're headed down the path of an eating disorder, I should know, I was there myself.
Just cut out the fried, fatty, sweet and snacky foods - making sure you get 30 minutes of exercise a day & you should be fine. Don't count calories or obsess over what you're eating, that can cause a world of hurt for you for a LONG time.

You didn't mention exercise, for starters. Losing weight doesn't happen by dieting alone (certainly not by restricting calories or going on a low calorie diet). Losing weight happens by eating enough of the right calories (i.e., a balanced diet) while increasing activity to create a caloric deficit. Simply cutting calories always puts you in danger of starving the body -- which in turn causes loss of muscle (not fat) and a slower metabolism (hence, you gain weight by eating the same amount of food as before!).

My advice -- speak to a licensed nutritionist about adopting a sound nutritional program. Speak to a certified personal trainer about an appropriate and effective training program. If you want to lose weight, you are going to have to work for it. Otherwise, you will set yourself up for failure. Good luck.

At the absolute minimum, you should not be eating less than 1,200 calories per day. Maybe you should try to meet with a nutrionist to figure out how high your metabolism is, and then they can design a plan for you.

I know that is not the cheapest option, but I believe there are websites out there that also take into consideration your current weight, and what weight you want to be at, and help you determine how many calories you should be eating. Maybe try like Fitness or Shape magazine's websites?

Are you exercising? Your body burns about 1100 calories by functioning. If you want to lose weight, take that into account as well as your daily intake of food. Keep your calories below 2200 and work out for one hour a day. You will lose weight.

Too many girls get emo over weight and make crazy decisions that make things worse .
Talk to a food professional / dietitian .
If they say your weight is fine ,
Get counseling to find out why you're being weight neurotic .
Or if they think you are getting obese , try following their directions and not that clueless stuff the anorexics come up with .

Good Luck !

It is possible that you are not eating enough right now to kickstart your metabolism and by doing so you are actually putting on weight. A nutritionist could help you with finding the right balance.

If you want to lose your weight, you need to do two things:
1. Reduce your food intake, that is your calorie intake.
2. Do regular exercise to burn your fat.
