Personal best was 3:26 at Chicago. I was 44, running seven miles 5 days a week. Longest training run was 26 miles.

Hi ....Mine was about 5 hours I am training for the Dublin Marathon(about 4 weeks time) and I ran my long run yesterday was supposed to do 24 miles but ended up doing 27.7, in about 5 hours not bad.
