help!! how do you clear off acne on the shoulders??

please help i dont know how to clear off the little pimples and zits on my shoulders... what can i do??

do you have shoulder-length hair? if so.. this might be the source of irritation on your shoulders... try to always put your hair up or perhaps wear shirts that wont expose too much of your shoulders until your hair grows longer lower than your shoulder...

the fact is, i had the same problem too... and pimples also appear on my upper back, but this happens whenever my period is about to come... what i do is, whatever astringent i use for my face i also use it on my shoulders and back... and they disappear..

so my advice is.. whatever cleanser you use on your face ... apply it on your shoulders... also, dont try to prick them since this will cause scars or hyperpigmentation.... itl take a while before they'l appear lighter...

astringents with tea tree extract really help in eliminating and preventing acne..

1] keep hands and hair off bare shoulders
2] wash, rinse, condition, rinse; and clip hair up so you can scrub shoulders
3] use Neutrogena Acne Body Wash on shoulders everyday; use toner if you wish

5] avoid fried, fat, and junk food - even diet junk food
6] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day

i know i have it too only its all over my back. but not anymore because i asked my doctor if there was anything he could do and he gave me some perscription stuff called evoclin and benzoclin. they r amazing ask ur doctor for them.

its' usually that you hair, if it's long, that your conditioner isn't coming off your skin and it is forming zits cuz i get that too on my back and shoulders so wat i do is use a loofa brush afterwards to scrub any conditioner trapped in my pores away...
