1] keep hands and hair off bare shoulders
2] wash, rinse, condition, rinse; and clip hair up so you can scrub shoulders
3] use Neutrogena Acne Body Wash on shoulders everyday; use toner if you wish
4] exfoliate face and shoulders with Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub every other day
5] avoid fried, fat, and junk food - even diet junk food

i know i have it too only its all over my back. but not anymore because i asked my doctor if there was anything he could do and he gave me some perscription stuff called evoclin and benzoclin. they r amazing ask ur doctor for them.

its' usually that you hair, if it's long, that your conditioner isn't coming off your skin and it is forming zits cuz i get that too on my back and shoulders so wat i do is use a loofa brush afterwards to scrub any conditioner trapped in my pores away...
