A person whose blood clots to easily has thrombophilia. Thrombophilia is the name given to the group of specific disorders that cause the persons blood to clot too easily. Which specifc disoder she has I could not tell you as I don't have enough information. But in general I can tell you that they are caused by a problem with one or more biochemicals called "cloting factors" being outta wack.
