You need to chill out somehow. Consult your doctor and get a prescription for Xanax or Ativan 0.5 mg and it should keep you relaxed. I take Ativan for anxiety and it works pretty good. It will help you to better focus on studying. Good luck!

Well do you feel stressed? Only you can answer that. You're cranky at your bf because you have a lot on your plate right now and it's important that you concentrate on your school work. I've been a certified pharmacy tech for 17 years and I have worked in hospitals next to nurses. I can't tell you how many times I have come across a nurse that graduated and really didn't have an incling of what she was doing. Even students. So be careful. Studying for a Medical career is rewarding in the end as long as you keep a level frame of mind and concentrate.
I hope they have more than just half a semester of pharmacology for nursing students now a days. It will make it much easier for nurses if they do.
Does your boyfriend live with you? If not, ask him to give you a little more space for your studies, and make sure you make some time for him as well. It gets harder before it gets easier. You're in a hard stage right now with your studies. Take it one day at a time. And organize your time well so that you will allow yourself some 'me' time. :-)

Yes, you are stressed. Sit down an prioritize which things need to be done right now. Put the rest on the back burner. Take a break regularly. Don't procrastinate on the big things. It will just stress you more. Make a date with your boyfriend, but know you need time to get your school work done if you want to finish the program.

You are definently stressed. I would try talking to your boyfriend, just telling him that you need a little space (without sounding like you're breaking up with him!) and if he really loves you he will respect that. I also recommend taking yoga classes, or buying a yoga video. I took one class and I was really relaxed I just felt really good.
When I'm stressed I take a second to reason with myself. I think, 'What will being stressed do for me? It won't help me.'
Really, try yoga. I swear, it works.
Good luck!!

Yes, you're stressed. It's because you're juggling too many things at one time. I know that your time is limited right now, but you're going to have to set aside special time for you and your boyfriend to share together, special time for you to study, and special time to work or anything else that you do. If the boyfriend isn't supportive and understanding of how important your education and future career are, then get rid of him.

Take a short break once in a while. Take a bath, read a book, go for a jog.

Take about .5 to 1.0mgs of alprazolam. You'll be good. Just don't take it that often. Tolerance goes up pretty easily.
