Just curious, because I am thinking of trying it. Does it relieve stress/anxiety? Help you stay more awake? Increase attention? Thanks!

It kick-starts your brain in the morning. The increased blood flow brings more oxygen and acctually increases your ability to think and pay attention in school. The average brain doesn't start working at its peak until about 10:00am. BUT because exercise increases blood flow it will raise your ability to retain information in classes, concentrate and learn! Exercising also relieves some toxins build-ups in the muscle cells from waste. This will help your body relax. As for relieving anxiety it does help many people but it can be a personal thing. Hope this helps!

It increases the blood circulating to your brain, which is important as your brain lives off the oxygen transported by the blood. It wakes you up and you are better equipped to learn. A healthy diet (lots of greens and veggies, Whole grain cereals, fish, olive oil) regular eating and sleeping habits, are also important. A healthy life style makes you feel better about yourself.

you get it over with and it will increase your energy--temporarily, NOT all day--personally, neither are good enuf to get me to do it! it probably does relieve stress and anxiety, not only the exercise but the satisfaction of knowing you are done for the day and that after school you can do whatever.
