Yes, when you pump milk your body has to create more milk (which is when your body uses a lot of energy and burns calories). So, just like nursing, pumping will also burn calories.

Any work burns calories, even sleeping. This particular activity is not very strenuous, so will not burn many calories. If you need to increase your calorie expenditure, then walk more and faster, climb stairs and ride a bike instead of driving.

practically everything burns calories, so probably yes, but i doubt it's very many; wouldn't count it in as part of your daily workout ;)
