O.o Not terribly, but I've tried using nail polish strengthener, it doesn't really do anything. And I eat geletin as well, I think it helps a little, but not much. What can I do to make them look nice? And I do take my vitamins everyday and eat healthily.

use this product that worked absolute wonders for me- its called Nail Envy, and its made by O.P.I. its a little pricey, but it sure beats getting acrylics or something more damaging to your real nails. this stuff is AWESOME!!

You should try taking Silica. It strengthens hair and nails. Also, as someone with the same problem, the BEST nail polish strengthener I have ever found is the one by NYC cosmetics, it's a clear pinky color, and it's like .99 cents but is the only thing that lets my nails grow long.

I have used Loreal Nail Stengthner for years. I don't do Sally Hansen though.Loreal recently changed the way they bottle their products and now I can't find my hardener anywhere. Website says they still have it though. Try it out if ya want. Not all nail hardeners work the same and if you can find a good one, keep it.

Have a set of acrylic nails put on. You don't have to have them long, you can have them cut to an active length.

You will have to get them filled about every two weeks. It cost me 20-25 w/ tip included.
