There could be many things wrong. The cat needs to see a vet. Of course she will not have bowel movements if she stops eating but there are a number of reasons why she would stop eating. Get her to a vet right away. No matter what this is, it will take a vet to advise through a proper diagnosis. Don't listen to anything anybody on here as to say about it. She could have FIV or FELV or FIP or she could have been poisoned, she could have eaten string that is obstructing her bowels. She could be diabetic, have a thyroid or kidney problem. Get her to a vet at once. It's your responsibility as a pet owner to take care of your animal so don't say you can't afford it. Put it on a credit card.

And you haven't taken her to the vet?!! What a cruel person you are. What is the matter with you?
You'd better get that cat to the vet right now, or if your "regular" vet (I hesitate to use the word since it's obvious you don't give regular care to your cat) can't see you right now then take your cat to the emergency vet. Don't waste more time. Cats cannot fast like dogs and humans do. They can develop something called hepatic lipidosis and that can kill. But it sounds as though she is already on the way out because you procrastinated so long. It could be kidney failure, or total blockage, or cancer. Only a vet can help and you'd better get moving tonight if you want to try and save your cat. You've waited much too long.

Ok, what exactly would you consider a vet emergency?
I think this qualifies. Nobody here can help your cat except for a trained professional, get her in to the vet and NOT next week. Do it asap.

why haven't you taken this cat to the vet before now? It could be anything, but none of it sounds good, does it? Get the kitty to the vet for a proper diagnosis.

Has she seen a Vet? How old is she?
There is not much we can tell you here, besides what could be wrong & that will be a long list.
If you care for your kitties life, she must be taken to a Vet for an exam & tests.

If it has been more than a day or so, this is a vet emergency. A cat that does not eat can suffer organ failure. If it is beyond hope, your cat deserves a dignified end. If not, she deserves immediate treatment.

There's a multitude of things that could be wrong with her, and the vet is the only one who can tell you.
Take care of your little one, please, and get her some help.

She's dying...I assume its because you haven't taken her to the vets to be treated. If you have a heart, take her to the vets. If she is treatable, she wll be treated. Don't let her suffer...

try feeding her/he some nutricious cat nip or buy something nutricious. ask a vet or a friend. give it some water and make sure that it is cold that makes it alot better.do not feed her/he chocolate beacause that can be very hazzerdus to cats if you feed them alot.
