I tell them that i'm flattered because I am and then tell them I'm involved with someone. its always nice when someone is interested in you so if the approach is appropriate I don't want to hurt their feelings.

I dont flirt back, I just talk normal. And if they go far I would just say "umm we can be friends but I really have someone in mind". Wait why am I answering this? I've never got hit on before....... Dam it!

You tell them your with someone. You did say you were in love. And run and quickly as possible, go home to the one you love and give her/him the biggest hug you ever gave and tell them how much you love them. Simple as that

to me it depends on if it was the first time and if they did it in a playing manor. if it was playful than their weird. if it was out of rage or jealousy the leave.
