Gun dealers will not even give you what you paid for it in new condition, so you best best is to sell it yourself to an interested individual. Put an ad in the Times Picayune. I can't remembere the name of the store, but it is on Royal Street across from the Police Station. They handle antique and collectible guns, coins, knives, and documents.
