It won't. Only burning of fossil fuel effects global warming. To the extent that fossil fuel is used in the mining operations it will contribute to it. To the extent that the uranium is used in reactors to generate power without using fossil fuel it will counteract it.

the fission of 1 gram of uranium produces as much energy as burning 2.4 tonnes of coal.
