Worchestershire sauce is a bit too strong for fish; it will over power it.
Lee & Perrins makes a white Worchestershire sauce that's good for fish & chicken.

Depends on the fish. Marinating makes the meat soggy sometimes. Try Worcestershire sauce with a little brown sugar as a glaze for your fish. Use it right before the fish is done and it should crust up a little for some good eats!

I suppose, it doesn't sound like it would taste that good. I had fish marinated in Italian dressing (oil kind) and it was wonderful.
