You look up MOAR and you find this:

Moar has gained its popularity in many forums when one user posts something interesting or desirable to look at (usually links to porn, unsurprisingly) and everyone who responds after demands ‘moar!’
There's an element of self-reflective sardonicism at work here, but mostly it's just thundering ignorance of any kind of communication outside of the "language" used on game forums and text messaging. We're dealing with people too stupid to wear a bib to keep the drool off of their chests.

Interesting. You don't say why you think you've offended "Serious Cat." Personally I think Serious Cat is much to busy to be worried about it... he's a big star now and doesn't have the time. You might remember that this isn't text messaging and you can use all the right words spelled out to try to make all of us understand you better. You don't have to talk like Serious Cat who does make himself understood. Good luck!
