It says exactly what the message says. Perhaps your knowledge level doesn't clue you in, so let's rectify that.

You know that MP3s can be encoded in various "rates", right? Most people use 128 kbps, which is a constant rate. Every second, you see 128 kb of data describing that second of sound.

But what if that second is relatively silent or calm? Thus, VBR, or variable bit rate encoding. Use more bits when the sounds are complicated, use less bits when the sounds are simple.

Sounds simple, but this wrecks havoc on programs trying to synchronize it with video and such, as it becomes nearly impossible to calculate the length of time of the file down to the millisecond.

As it says, you should use the "Save as WAV" option to save the entire sound track as an UNCOMPRESSED WAV file, then re-encode that into a CBR (constant bit rate) MP3 or whatever format, then merge that into the AVI. THEN your video will match with your audio.

Search videohelp.com. There should be a step by step tutorial on how to fix that somewhere over there.
