I definitely believe Dale Jr will benefit more from his new team HMS, he has not had good equipment in nearly two yrs at DEI, with the great technology, equipment and people at HMS, he and HMS will both benefit from the move.. Kyle is a good driver but with Gibbs switching to toyota's not sure how quick this new situation will work...but Jr should see results immediately...

I would have to say Dale Jr; by far for anyone to go to Hendricks Motor sports it is a great accomplishment, they are the best team in racing, maybe Joe Gibbs in a year or two because they're switching to Toyota it might take a little longer poor Kyle Busch gets stuck with sucka*s 18 car which sponsors is cheap and don't give alot of money,

Dale Jr. will benefit the most, especially at first. Hendrick has better equipment than DEI, while JGR and Hendrick are not too far apart. But what will really hurt Busch at least for a couple months next year will be the switch to Toyota. In the long run Busch will be better than Jr., but next year it will Jr. But he'll never win a championship because his driving style is not kind to engines, while Busch someday could win one for JGR.

Both will benefit. Dale will have good equipment and Busch will have good equipment and the knowledge of the difference between Hendrick's equipment and Gibb's equipment.

The question should be what team will benefit most from their new driver, and that definitley is Busch's new team. They will see an increase in team wins, while Hendrick will see a decrease in total team wins with Junior in the mix.
I still find it funny that people still try and blame Juniors lack of talent on faulty equipment. Even Truex has won a race this year...with the same equipment. "Oh, but Junior has won the Daytona 500, he must be such a great driver"...may I remind you that Derick Cope has also won the 500!!

Hendrick will benefit from marketing and advertising. They will racking in the money just from selling Juniors merchandise. He is the most popular driver in Nascar.
and I hate to say it ...but Gibbs will probably have a very strong team winning with THREE drivers. Cause no matter how much I hate kyle...he is a darn good racer. I am sure he will continue to shine.

Busch is going to benefit more with his new team than Jr will at HMS. Gibbs isnt a start up or second tier team, like the other yota teams, so they are going to still contend every week. While there will be a slight learning curve at the start of next year, Gibbs is still going to contend for the title, and win races.
HMS benefits from JR more than Jr will benefit from them. Jr is no longer the #1 driver he is going to be the third driver. HMS will make money off JR, yet JR isnt going to win a title, or anymore races than he has at DEI just because he switched. He will be another Casey Mears, take that to the bank.

Jr. is going to benefit, despite being the number three driver(like shrub). HMS is heads and tails above DEI, JGR is a 1b team this year is going to start the season with a bit of a learning team with the new Toyota engine package.

Dale Jr will benefit the most. toyota has not yet proved themselves raceworthy and may suck as much with gibbs as they have with waltrip. all they did was show gibbs the money and made that organization their b i a t c h.
