i want to ask her to do something but i can't take her out to eat cuz she's fasting for ramadan and i don't think she drinks so party wouldn't be a good idea either

She has a boyfriend and she likes you? That's not good. LOL..Make sure she ends things with her boyfriend first. And you can take her to the movies at night because she wont be fasting then. Or take a walk in the park or sit somewhere where you both can talk.

At this point in time, what you need to do is talk to her. Since you indicated that she apparently likes you too( though she has a boyfriend at another college), you both first have to clarify your relationship and what it is going to be---romantic or platonic. Then she has to decide what she intends to do about her current boyfriend(assuming she wants you romantically)and follow through. It is only after these issues have been dealt with that you can start worrying about where to take her-----don't worry, as a Muslim, she will guide you about the dos and donts.First things first; find out where you stand with her.

Why the need to refer to her as being Muslim?Treat her the same way you would treat any other girl.There are walks in the park,a movie,art galleries,concerts and many other things you can do.Besides if she is interested in another guy,what are you trying to do,be a friend or do you want something more?
