Recently I have seen cities institute laws that folks can't wear saggy pants. When last I saw, the First Amendment (you know, the U.S. Constitution), allows freedom of expression.

Of course, you can't yell fire in a theater for safety concerns. What are the dangers of letting people sag?????

Respectfully, ya'll miss the point. Women wear boob-baring and ****-baring clothes and that's ok?? Other than asthetics, how are they violating any law????

The first amendment guarantees the freedom of speech, press, assembly and to petition the government for redress of grievances

.....nothing about freedom to wear baggy pants so everyone has to see your undies.

The government has the right to require that Penthouse and Hustler magazine have a cover over it so you don't see naked lady pictures in the gas station. The government has the right to reign in those things which it deems profane.

The government says you can't walk down a city street naked - so I don't see why they can't say you can't walk down a city street with your underwear showing.

Suck it up and by pants that fit.

it is disgusting to see for one, but there are a lot of dumb stupid laws on the books that date way back in time. such as in a city in north carolina it is illegal to carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket. (why is anyone's guess)

I, for one, don't want to see someone's underwear. You're suggesting that it would be infringing upon a person's right to express themselves but what is the purpose or statement of someone who wears their pants half way down their legs? What exactly are they trying to express?

I really don't care i think they should allow them to wear saggy pants. It helps the police to keep track of the criminals.

you want to see men's butts, or boy's buts, i dont'. but on the other hand, since they have to hold them up as they walk or try to run, it makes it a lot easier for cops to catch them, so its good and bad.
