I am here visiting my sister on vacation from New Mexico, and I am thinking about going back to my home in New Mexico because, it seems like I can not find a job, no matter how much I tried!

I am homesick, and I miss my family there very much! It is very difficult looking for work when, I lack the "Work Experience." I want to work but, employers want someone who has at least 2 years expe

I used to live in Bell Gardens, California all my life but, everything and everything has changed.

Sometimes, I feel so alone in this world without my father to guide me. My father died in October 1993, and I miss him very much!

He was the only person that I went to when, I needed some advice on everything. I did not realize how much he took upon his shoulders (family, personal problems, finances, etc.)

What would you do in my situation?

Everyone goes through this situation at first. Most of us are either underqualified or overqualified no matter what.
The thing that impresses employers at interviews is the impression of being a positive, sharp, quick study type person that can learn the ropes really fast. It is really a perceptual thing.
You are going to have to take whatever job come along first, and do your level best for at least 2 years before moving on to other opportunities.
I would suggest going to a community college and getting into a work-study program to build a resume with some experience.

I live in New Mexico so I know what it's like here. Just come back. If you have a support system that can help you get on your feet then go for it. You can find a job in most fields. Good luck.
