To give you a good answer, questions have to asked first:

Where are you staying now?
What do you live on now?
What kind of visa do you have?

How you can earn money depents on what kind of job you are looking for, you education and experience.

I do not offend you, but why did you not take care of these questions before you left Germany?
Get registered with the Germany Embassy in Cairo. Hope you are not registered in Germany no more, cause otherwise the Embassy is not responsible for you.

I have a friend living in Cairo who is also an active member on YA. Will get in touch with her and she might be able to help.

Take care!

Why would any German girl move to Cairo? Why would any Middle Easterner not want to live in Germany? It's a far better place to live and any Middle Easterner would give their right arm to move there!
Have you become engaged or married and this is why you are converting? Don't expect to be treated well there. You will always be an outsider and they will hate you.

Converts to Islam misunderstand their new religion, play increasingly influential role in Islamic jihad networks

Religious converts are sometimes more prone to radicalization because of their zeal to prove their newfound faith, analysts said. They are also less likely to attract police scrutiny in Europe, where investigators often rely on outdated demographic profiles in terrorism cases.

Please protect yourself.
If you have children, they are the property of your husband. You do not have any rights.
You should locate the German embassy, and know how to get there. Save enough money to get yourself out.
They will treat you like something special for a while, then things will change.

sorry. you're now a muslim girl living in a muslim nation. you don't count any more and you don't have much in the way of rights either. the rest of your life will probably not be very pleasant.
