I guess there are inner city thugs and gang members trying to take over the neighborhood. I just noticed the shoes on the wire. How can i get rid of these a$s holes before it's too late, since the cops are obviously incapable of doing their job?

You alone should not attempt to 'do' anything.You will most likely bring doom down on your head as well as the family.
Using pay phones you can keep the cops in your area by 'reporting' gang activity daily,have some friends assist throughout the day/night.Under no circumstance should you use your own phone more than twice a week.It would be nice to kill the fu**ers outright but we can't.Next best thing is cops all around.If a golden opportunity rises confront a solo dude
and stomp a mudhole in his a$$ and tell him every time you see him he's going to be stomped.They'll either get the message or they won't.Recruit your friends and form your own gang and hunt the bad guys.
Shotguns leave no ballistic trace and a tube of hand sanitizer in your pocket removes GSR.Wash the clothes you wore or roll on the ground...it compromises the GSR that may be on them.Make sure to get UNDER the fingernails.
Shotgun ammo recommended...#4 buckshot,good pattern and it tears stuff up beautifully.

As far as the cops incapable of doing there jobs... I'm gonna need some more information on that one. You gave no details.

You really need to work with the police about the gangs. But to remove the "shoes" don't go do it yourself, call your local utility company to have it removed. They usually will do it once they know about it. Unfortunately as long as you have family who doesn't care about their children they will find a "family " who does and that is where alot of gangs come in. Oh by the way make the call anonymous so that way there won't be repercussions for you or your family.

There is one police officer available per every 1000 persons.unless it is a 911 call.do you really think it is a emergency to take the shoe down.If i were you i would contact in some city's it's 311 for street repair problems some one could come out to take down the shoes.you must pervide exzact location if possible or close to.

Don't try to cut them shoes down like I did. I thought hell I need them shoes they look better than mine. So I climbed up and just then this thug motherf ucker shot at me. I said sonb itch okay man I'll leave them be. Jesus!

just keep calling the cops till either the cops get annoyed and do something. Or the gang members get so pissed off.

Kids do that here in Georgia too. I don't think it's a hostile gang take over. Gang paint graffiti and leave their signs marking territory.
