Women in Islam are not allowed to work. (Just ask your local Taliban Rep!)

Assalam aleykum,sister

What motivated you to move to Cairo? That is up to you answer inshaAllah. You can earn a living as long it is Halal according to the sunnah of the prophet(PBUH) and the Quran. In Cairo it should be easy for one to earn a living if not you can move to the USA or get married inshaAllah.Visit you local Masjid and ask other sisters that make salah.I may have not been of much help but I felt the need to contribute to the ummah.

Ramadan Mubarak!

salam alkoum sister
first of all I believe the UAE would be a better place to earn a living in, send your resume to a newspaper called al waseet or waseed . sorry i am not sure of speling but i believe that they will place your resume for free along with your phone number also companies who need workers advertise in the same newspaper.

qatar is also a good choice i think these countries are not so strict with laws and are really safe. i live in UAE

I think 20 y.o girl so much young to make big decisions in her life specially when she is not connected with family and church (I mean divided families or problems at home or losing love and non care about religion) , I believe that she didn't even think to read in the holly bible during the time she was christian
but its not new in western Europe and USA cause freedom is light and is a curse in the same time people losing there mind
may God open your eyes in the future lady

welcome to islam sister :)
sorry, i dont know what r ur scientific qualifications, so any job anyone of us suggest would not b perfect (except for germany teacher).
generally speaking, salaries in egypt r not that high. it is true that it is higher in UAE & KSA, ... etc of arabic islamic countries. but if u want Egypt for some reason; there r good jobs with salaries reaching up to 5000L.E. / month, but as i told u... it needs scientific degrees, or previous experience
i wish u good luck
Allah may help u
peace :)
