The other way around.
If you repatriate every Brit out of other people's countries,
Britain's economy might collapse.
The vampire requires other people's blood to survive.
Especially if that English vampire had to stop sucking the oil out of Scotland's territory.

it would cause some problems but all those people on unemployment would get jobs straight away - all those waiting on housing lists would get a home and there would be more space in our schools and prisons - there would also be less load on the nhs so if you need a hospital then there would be a bed - there would be fewer cars on the road and less strain on basic utilities like our sewers.
oh and you would probably be able to get a dentist and because everyone would be working - state pensions would be covered and the unemployment benefit budget could be reduced and re-used to fund higher education like uni's so the young people here could start their working life without debt.
in fact after all this we would probably have more cash to give to those immigrants in their own countries to help them raise their own country to a standard where they want to stay and build it up more.
who knows our taxes may go down along with our house prices and food costs.
finally ( could this woman possibly have anything else to say)
because we wouldn't have the same need to build more homes our country might return to being green and pleasant.
i don't however think we should repatriate every non Brit just those who are a burden on our society.
GOOD QUESTION have a star

Dear Sosueme, Unfortunately I have to inform you that you are 100% correct!! Other commenter's,please listen to this lady, she is speaking the harsh but honest truth.
Here,In England, the tell tale signs of recession are taking on a monster sized proportion and the American economy is holding foreign currencies heads above water and the crash is inevitable! What we will do then is any-ones guess but it will be a rough ride for everyone and have you never stopped to think about where all the money will come from to support Immigrants as well?
Do you honestly think that immigrants will suffer? They are already on cloud nine with free benefits so the immigrant lifestyle will not change but yours will for sure. Get used to the pawnshop way of life, an immigrant shopkeeper will be pleased to give you peanuts for the watch which mom gave to you last Christmas. Suckers, we are, just Suckers!!!

Depends.
If we repatriated all the sponging ones and the ones who come here to do work that could easily be done by locals (and made the dole scroungers get a job by stopping their benefits) then no the economy would not collapse, it would be boosted. We'd have less people on benefits therefore more to go round for those who really need it.

Correction.. "NHS relying on cheap foreign labour".
We would pay less income tax and less to the council.
Our government would have to make our spongers go out to work.
Sounds good to me.

May be, if you done it at once. If you staggered it then the answer is no. We would all be on proper wages again, instead of taking pay cuts every year as is happening now
PS to bluddy-well-pissed (1st ans)
Scotland has as much oil as France has the channel islands, Spain has Gibraltar or Argentina has the Falklands. Grow up and build an army if you want to make comments like that. Ever heard of international waters???

Immigrants are a great strain on our resources,so the theory that we carnt do without them is blown away more immigrants then more NHS workers to look after them and so on.The answer to your question is certainly it would collapse. But the Government has a weapon they use against concerned people they call us Racist that just is not so.Some of these people come here and continue to live at standards that are just not acceptable in our society.I rest my case...

it would have to include all the irish as well, right away theres 1/3 of the construction and highways workforce gone. i reckon yes the economy would crumble if the immigrants and non british were sent home. i know theres people over in britain, british natives screaming for work and its disgusting that companies are discriminating against the native population by hiring cheap imported labour. the british governments saying there isnt enough skilled trades people, absolute bollocks if thats the case then train them up from inside. they need to get rid of this stupid student loans crap as well. education for all for free, that way the infra structure would have educated and trained staff. they cant pay for a student to go to uni but a university can waste 6 million quid sending a space probe to mars that would have been better off if it was designed by mattel. piece of junk didnt work. 20 million quid on churchills letters WTF. britain is strangling itself. gordon brown needs to go into any job centre in britain, he'll find most of the ones looking are locals. but if he checked his imported labour sheet against his benefits sheet he would find the figures didnt add up.
