Most business that are health concsious offer a gymn. Perhaps in your next business meeting you and your collegues should bring it up. Cause, it's a great investment for your company. And it would give back in return from employee's not being too sick.

Not a lot you can do really is there and anything you do do i can guarantee you won't do for long cos you will get bored with it too! Just wait it out and go for a propper run after work.

Tighten and relax muscles. Do stretches, fidget, like jumping your knees or rolling your ankles. Not cardiovascular, but you'll gain some flexibility!

If you have stairs nearby you could do an extended restroom or lunch break and go up and down the stairs a few times.

why cant you get up and walk around a bit.
or is your boss gonna yell at you for that.
people cant just sit for a long period of time, it messes up your circulation. so you can tell your boss its hazardous to your health sitting at a desk

to burn cals, tap your foot. to tone up, think about taking a stability ball into work to sit on. it strengthens your core muscles.

you are hilarious!!!!!!!i mean you could secretly bring some weight lifters like 3 pounds!!!! keep liftin it up and down, might not burn any calories, but it sure makes ya stronger!!! (and skinnier, so u wont be fat) LOL
