I'm sure my own experience was just a luck of the draw situation, but I found a 25 inch stereo cable ready TV. It was made by General Electric, and I've had it over a decade now. I'm still enjoying it today.

Really, I have never noticed a pattern of what kinds/sizes of TVs show up at these places.. all shapes and sizes (well, no high definition, of course)..
