I think they do. No one is as happy to see you as a dog is, let's face it.

Yes. My first dog actually missed me so much when we were apart he would not eat anything. My Mom would try and feed him hamburger or anything he might really like to eat. He would refuse. Luckily that did not happen very often. My 3 dogs I have now go absolutely crazy when we come home from a weekend out of town. I know they genuinely miss us.

yes i believe that dogs miss their people family, because they come to know and love the people that they live with. just like children, they will miss you if you are gone away from them.

They sure act like it when we walk in from being a way. They want your attention and must get it to satisfy them. Oh yes they really miss people or put on a good act...lol

I think that they do because every time I get home, my dog's tail is just wagging away and she jumps all over me and wants my undivided attention!

Oh, yeah. My dog makes it *CRYSTAL* clear I'm not to go anywhere without her, and when I do, she goes BERSERK and barks and barks till I come back. I even have to have a babysitter, er... dogsitter for her when I go away somewhere she can't go!

YES THEY DO!!!!!!!! TRY TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME WITH YOUR PET AS U CAN MY TOY TERRIER GOT SICK. THE VET TOLD ME THAT THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO PLAY WITH THEM AS MUCH TIME AS U CAN AND IF U ARE IN A TIT TIME ZONE MAKE THE BEST OF THE TIME AS U CAN
