I have no idea. A tropical cyclone is a tropical revolving storm some hundreds of kilometres in diameter in which the winds spiral in towards the centre and then rise around the central eye before flowing outwards in the upper troposphere. The winds in the storm are often well over 100km/h. The storm itself moves across the ocean at, perhaps, 10 - 15 km/h.

The motions of and within the storm do not resemble any motions you can make with your body.

a few suggestions;

1. get on a bicycle, find the biggest hill, got to top on said hill, then push forward and get up as much speed as humanly possible.
2. aim for the most solid looking object available and go.
3. hit said object with utmost force.

If the object disnintergrates, crumbles or explodes, YOU ARE A CYCLONE.

Otherwise you are dead and the stupid question doesn't matter.

No, I am unable to destroy buildings in a few minutes. I can't even rip off sheets of roofing steel in seconds and throw them a few kilometres. Such a shame.

I guess you could always turn yourself around really quickly and then destroy your home.

Don't know why you'd want to though.
