Kai makes a lychee flavored vodka- the company is from Viet Nam though and the vodka is make from rice. Not sure about either of those being able to produce quality vodka.

Yes I've seen Lychee vodka but I never tried it. One thing you might like is Japanese Sochu mixed with lychee. I normally drink martinis with Kettle One vodka and Sochu on the rocks but the Sochu with Lychee was absolutely delicious! This is from someone who doesn't really care for fruity drinks. Yes, Trader Joe's sells lychee/lemon infused vodka.

You can also DIY by steeping some lychees in vodka.

Lychees are available fresh in Asian markets & at Trader Joe's.

You can also buy them canned. Just drain them before adding them to plain vodka. Save the syrup to flavor other drinks.

No but it sure sounds good. I'm sure that you can take lychee and soak them in vodka for a couple of weeks though.
