I has been going on 2 weeks, it feels worse 2-day though. I do not have redness or swelling.

I do have a sharp pain in my chest too, but that is not new.

I would go now...it could be deep vein thrombosis!(that's deadly)

try this, put a phone book on the floor, stand in front of the book, now place the foot with the sore calf on the book, just about half of your foot. your other foot will be beside the book . now hands to your side and head up lean forward, steady pressure, not forceing it, you will begin to feel the tightness in your calf, hold for 2or 3 mins, repeat as much as you can, ,steady presure now, not back and forth. see.. good luvk now put on a good sports cream and relax with a cold drink in hand//

I agree with the first poster, go to ER now, it could be a deep vein clot.
