I would say that's fine assuming the room is big enough to accommodate the tv without having to sit too close to the set as this can damage their eyesight also the statement about cheap tvs doesnt always ring true as lots of major manufacturers make a budget brand which doesnt neccessitate a big advertising campaign so they can keep cost down whilst using branded components inside set so quality isnt lost

Digihome products are cheap.

This is because they are made using inferior components. That means the picture quality is poor, the sound quality is poor and it will be unreliable. You get what you pay for.
