Actually considering which perspective you take really changes the meaning of it.
If it's Freued, then yes you like him.
But I'm not a big fan of that guy so let's take a different and probably broader approach.
The person's gender doesn't matter in this scenario, so let's take it apart.
When it comes to kissing it is the realization of qualities in said person that you wish you could manifest in yourself. IE you'd like to be like that person. In some cases it can represent the getting in touch of another side in your character. Kissing a boy could represent an unconcious desire to explore your 'tom-boy' side of your personality.
There are other things to interpret but there's always the mouth.
The mouth is the gateway of all speech and communication - yours tying with your friends could explain that you'd like to enact further communication into the understanding of the person.
There's also the question of who-kissed-who, where, and how you feel about it.
Of course, when it comes to dream interpretation, you yourself, is the best interpreter.

Could mean anything.
Could represent an emotion you have for them, however big or small.
Could mean something on a completely different level, don't worry about it if you are, deep down i'm sure you know what it means and how you feel about it.

i had the same thing happen with my Best friend since 3rd grade, and then he started going out with this girl and I got REALLY jelous so I geuss I really like him. Anyway, I know exactly how you feel and sympathize.
