I think you should when you feel ready and actually have a genuine interest in a relationship. Your first kiss is special and it would be terrible to regret it...Also, I personally think that any time before age 13 is too early.

Whenever you feel you are ready. Don't try to keep up with friends or slow down with friends. Only think about if you, and her are ready. One person might be ready to kiss girls in fifth grade, others might be ready in ninth. Just be fun and have fun! Don't worry about anyone else.
