Probably nothing serious.

Wind turbines are designed to handle powerful wind gusts, storms, and bird strikes, so something like a beach ball wouldn't cause any damage.....

As you're speaking hypothetically, the height of the windmill is irrelevant.
As modern wind-turbines have such huge diameters and generally, only 3 blades in addition to a fairly slow rotation, the beachball would probably miss the blades as it would accelerate as it comes close to the blades...(There's turbulence and a pressure drop as the wind velocity is increasing as it nears the blades).

The turbine blades are a couple of hundred feet off the ground. If you could throw a beach ball that well you should get in touch with some major league baseball scouts to demonstrate that pitching arm.

Probably nothing at all.
Those turbine blades turn too slowly to damage a ball if it were even possible for the ball to strike a blade. My bet would be that if you could even get the ball near a blade that the air currents would carry the ball around the blade and it would not even be struck.

The owner of the wind turbine would probably be very annoyed at you, and may have you arrested.

Don't do it.
