you coud even try bbc.co.uk. there is a section of language there where u will find something about some european languages and even italian.
it's just very basic italian but it's better than nothing.

I agree with Jokerman... You have to hang out with a bunch of locals if you want to pick up the basics... If you don't smoke, you may want to pick that up as well.

Make sure you have plenty of condoms... you have to have something to drop on the side of the road in Naples.
