I was wondering what everyones favorite ab and/or oblique exercises are. Either at home or at the gym. Im just trying to flatten out my stomach a little, and I want to know what has been working best for other people.

Thanks!!

Do regular crunches...but have your feet in the air @ a 90 degree angle with the floor. And while you crunch up pull up with your hands, trying to touch your toes. Then do the same thing to the right and left. Also...look up "8 minute abs" on youtube...it's a great workout and it only takes 8 minutes.

You can do a million sit-ups per day and your stomach will not get smaller. You cannot spot reduce fat. You need to do cardio and burn the fat all over your body, the stomach area will eventually go down. Sit-ups will not reduce it, trust me.

You could try seated leg raises. Seems like an easy one, but gets hurting quick.
