So jealous?

There is a new girl that works with my bf. I am so jealous of her and I don't even understand why. She doesn't look anything like his type. And I've even been feeling extra good about myself lately, so I don't know why I'm jealous of her. I just keep looking for any reason I can to be jealous. Like, if anyone else did/said the same things she does/says to my bf, I wouldn't even think twice. How do I stop being so jealous of her?

Be secure in yourself! Jealousy comes from a lack of self esteem. Remember confidence is sexy! Dont waste your worries on another woman. Its not worth it.

At least u noticed the problem, now u can work on fixing it. Jealousy is not necessarily bad because its only humen. You are jealous maybe not because of her looks but u notice something about her whether its her style, walk, attitude. I would say talk to her, get to know her, maybe she will have some things in commen with u that might have attracted ur attention towards her but not in a lesbian way. You have to get that nonchalant attitude and realize she does have what u got.

Ask your guy if she has a boyfriend. If you find out she does, it would probably ease your mind considerably. Meantime, you need to trust that he isn't going to cheat on you just because there is a new girl at work. They are both at the job to work, not develop a romantic relationship. You can actually drive him away if he thinks you are too controlling, too clingy, and don't trust him. Try to develop some outside interests. Every one needs some space or they will feel "smothered."

I want to agree with the other girls who answered this question, but I can't. I have been in a similar situation, and I just trusted my man, and kept my nose out of it and I didn't think there was anything going on at all, I believed him, and her, untill she called me and said she was three months pregnant with his kid!! I was so sure that she was nothing to him that it made me blind to the fact that he had been sleeping with her for almost two years before I found out!! I shoulda went with my guts and confronted them both with my suspicions. I hope that this is not the case for you, and you just got a little green eyed monster lurkin in there, but it wouldn't hurt to pipe up and ask your man whats going on, and if things seem fishy, check into it more. Don't dump him yet, but be prepaired. Good luck!!!

I think you should definitely talk to your man and get this problem out in the open. You don't wanna keep it inside until it turns into something ugly. Also trust your man and be confident in yourself. Ask yourself why you are so insecure in the first place. If you fix the root of the problem, then that answers your questions.

Talk to your boyfriend about this. He'll reassure you that there's nothing to worry about, and you'll feel alot better. Relax a bit. Be confident that you're important to your boyfriend.

there's nothing you can do. sadly, she's prettier, skinnier, smarter and more talented than you will ever be.
