If one post a letter into the U.S and its marked EXPRESS,its it handled the same as express letters circulating internally in the U.S?How fast can it take in comparism with normal letters to get to the receipint?

I think the normal mail takes about 3-5 days depending on where it's going. if you want it overnight then you have to pay more and get it to the post office by like 4pm.

I once mailed to packages from PA to NC. I sent one regular and the other priority. Priority was $3.00 extra. The packages arrived the same day. And that was about 3 days.

To get a letter to travel faster, you have to pay more postage when you send it. You might also check with other carriers such as FedEx and DHL.
