it never back in those days, it actually will increase spending which is good for the economy, think about it , when 280 million Americans get extra free money what will they do? Spend. And that raises the Stock Market which is also good.

I don't remember and I am old enough that I should. I did a quick web search and couldn't find any thing about it. Are you sure it was Nixon??? We got early refund checks after Bush signed the tax act in May 2003.

I don't remember that but it sounds like a great idea. Not sure I'd be able to help you campaign for it though as I live in Scotland.

in order to do that you have to raise taxes or take money from the federal reserve and put in into circulation.

it sounds good in theory, but it can lead to inflation
