This doesn't have an official name, I just call it hamburger and Bisquick stuff. I've never measured anything, just cook by feel like my Grandma used to ... I like to brown some ground beef and drain it. While it's cooking, mix up some Bisquick dough (OK to use water if you don't have milk) and press it into a greased baking pan. Top with the browned hamburger and press it lightly into the dough. Season with your favorite herbs/seasonings (I like thyme, McCormick's Seasoned Salt or Mrs. Dash Table Blend, and black pepper). (Optional additional toppings, shredded cheese [add after first 10 minutes or so], onion, green pepper, olive slices ... I prefer it plain or with just cheese). Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until puffy and light golden. Remove from oven and pour on brown gravy (I like Heinz fat free) from a jar, or made up from a packet. Return to oven and bake until gravy is hot. Yum!!

how about this one
1 jar ragu
1 red or green pepper chopped
1 large onion
garlic powder to taste (maybe a couple of teaspoons) or regular garlic chopped up

cook the hamburger first add and cook the chopped pepper and onion
cook for maybe 15 minutes then add the garlic and the ragu and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
make either mashed potatoes or cook some elbow macaroni, half a box maybe.
pour the hash over either one.

walla hamburg hash
try cooked elbow macaroni and just add butter, salt and pepper. the more butter the better it tastes.
how about hamburg helper?
