How much spending money should I bring to Fiji?

Just for buying souveniers. I'll be going for 2 1/2 weeks. I have no idea how much I'm going to need! Thanks!

You could get by with $1000 US. The nice thing about spending money is you can always bring as much as you want and bring back what you don't spend. Remember, they have ATM's everywhere now so you don't have to carry a lot of cash.
