There are plenty of programs for you to use when burning cds. One being Windows Media Player.

If your problem is about playing cds in your car, then make sure that you use read only. Most cars won't play RW cds.

I like Nero the best because it automaticly changes mp3's to the format that will play in a cd player.

Nero. I love it and I burn cd's, wma's and mp3's from it. Now of course only the cd's will work in your car. But its a good program.
