I eat so healthily but then i jus go and eat chcolate help i need to loose 8 lbs in 4 weeks!

Sometimes cravings for chocolate are triggered by a dietary lack of magnesium. You should make sure you take a multiple vitamin with calcium and magnesium in it. Also try adding a 1200 mg tablet of Omega 3-6-9 (it's a mix of fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil.) I find that seems to help me resist junk food.

Why do you "have" to lose 8 pounds? If you are just trying to be a smaller size, try walking at least 30 minutes every day -- that should tighten you up enough to go down one size. If you need to lose pounds to get into a sports weight category, just cut your intake of carbs (bread, pasta, cookies, cereal) in half AND do the daily 30 minute walk. Drink water instead of soda. When you get cravings for junk, drink a glass of water and eat something crunchy like a handful of peanuts or some carrots. If you crave sweet stuff, eat fruit.

If you don't keep junk in your house, you won't have it ot eat.

I don't think that stopping eating chocolate is going to help you lose weight that quickly but maybe try eating dark chocolate, it is better for you and has less calories per piece. Instead of eating lays eat terra chips or all natural chips or even pringles selects they have really good chips out now...pretzels of course are always a good bet. Drink a lot of water - not too much tho- 8 glasses a day, so that you don't retain any water; and walk 30 mins a day everyday at a brisk pace. You will burn about 250 Calories doing that alone. But the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat...maybe you should focus less on losing and more on reshaping...that way you wont have to worry about your caloric intake and instad only about your fitness. you can eat the chocolate this way! =)

BTW if you only want to lose 8 lbs then i am sure you look great just the way you are and if anything you only need to tone...besides your weight shouldn't be what you are paying attention to it should be your overall appearance and health. If you gain muscle you will gain weight!

Replace all the sugary snacks in your house with fruits. Personally, I'm fond of the cantalope as it's really sweet and it's much healthier than chocolate. :)

The thing that works best for me is not having it in the house. I tend to snack the most when Im bored at home. I think, its alot easier to "control" yourself when your out.

If possible don't have junk food around the house, then you wont be tempted to eat it.

dont buy to much but if it were for me i'd eat 1` candy bar a day chocolate hhhmmmm yummyyyyy
